With MobileFamilyTree 2, the wealth of your genealogy research is always at hand, easily accessible, editable and interactive: Never miss a chance to review, edit or add information about your loved ones and distant relatives. MobileFamilyTree 2 introduces a plethora of new features and improvements. Create new persons and families inside your family tree, assign to them Events, Sources, Notes and Media files. These can either be from your iPhone's or iPod touch's Library, or if at a family gathering, simply take fresh snapshots of all family members present at the buffet.

MacFamilyTree's well known Virtual Tree brings genealogy to the third dimension - now even for iPhone and iPod touch users. MobileFamilyTree 2 allows you to select a person from the list and you're immediately presented with a three-dimensional view of that person's family. Set the number of generations to be displayed and then navigate through the tree using pinching to zoom in and out the family tree.

With the introduction of MacFamilyTree 2, Synium managed to massively improve its speed. This version utilizes Apple's modern database technology CoreData, allowing for more speed, improved stability and data security. Thanks to MobileFamilyTree's Google Maps integration, users can see where events took place, where relatives used to live - to sum it up: where somebody hails from. The all new Family Quiz poses you demanding questions about one's relatives' marriage dates and birthdays - do you remember where they married?
