Unfortunately, our warning not to update still stands. The jailbreak of iOS 9.3.4 was demonstrated by talented hacker Luca Todesco (@qwertyoruiopz) who recently posted a picture to Twitter of his device running Cydia on iOS 9.3.4
Todesco has released source code for a jailbreak in the past. Most recently he released GasGauge a 0Day exploit for iOS 9.3.3b and lower after discovering that the exploit no longer worked in iOS 10. However, he hasn't hinted an any plans to release a working jailbreak or code for iOS 9.3.4.
We recommend you update to iOS 9.3.3 while you still can and follow one of the tutorials below to jailbreak:
Even though people are able to Jailbreak even the latest versions very easily, I find it really baffling that none of them have been able to decode the root keys for the iOS.
Why do they keep mentioning this Luca Todesco about jailbreaks. They might as well say Santa Claus made a jailbreak, because you get the same results from both. A big fat load of nothing!
That is not true. The fact that one person is able to jailbreak a particular iOS on a particular iPhone leaves open the possibility that you too, with sufficient dedication to your work and savvy, can also jailbreak that iPhone/iOS. However, once a jailbreak is released, you guarantee that no one will ever be able to use that particular exploit in the future. I can completely understand where Todesco is coming from. If you feel that he is "rubbing it in your face" I completely understand where you are coming from. However, it would probably be more constructive if you were to take his ability as a challenge, thereby fueling your drive to be a more accomplished computer scientist. Even if you never achieve a n actual jailbreak, you will still be greatly rewarded for your efforts.
These jail breaking ideas are worth millions . It is evedent these individuals are very talented people. However many are disliked , people's ideas are worth millions. That is why a big companies try to take there ideas and patent them as their own
Just because it's revealed by a company doesn't mean that they would just flat out say 'we made it oooh were the best at what we make' but don't forget that there are times the company makes a different executed version of what it's based off of.
I wonder what gimmicks you could possibly make up just to say what you think over something that doesn't normally add up together between updates and jailbreak.
With Apples bug reward system they just announced some hackers or jailbreaks might get greedy and start reporting the bugs and cashing in instead of doing a jailbreaker.
There's nothing greedy about reporting a bug, the people who report bugs were already reporting them. Now there's an option to get paid by Apple. Most were already getting paid by private users for exclusive access. So nothing has changed, just another avenue for payment was added.
I agree....with that said,Apple, after all these years, has lost all of the battles...there will never be a war, because the jailbreakers always seem to come through--there are always vulnerabilities in the iOS updates!
