Hello Vino 1.1 is Released

The latest version of the Hello Vino iPhone app contains new features, including the ability to share pairings and wine brand recommendations to users' social networks through Twitter and Facebook. In addition, the inclusion of new wine pairings for the holiday season, occasions, and popular dishes offers consumers several options for enjoying food and discovering new wines.

A relationship with Wine online helps to provide an intuitive search function and thorough brand recommendations containing the winery, region, price, vintage, notes, reviews, with industry ratings and scores. Lastly, Hello Vino now offers popular food pairings if the consumer has already selected a bottle of wine.

"The Hello Vino iPhone app has provided some valuable insight into the mind of the beginner wine consumer," said Hello Vino CEO Rick Breslin. "We are experiencing a significant increase in app usage for the upcoming holiday season. Recent trends are pointing towards turkey and holiday pairing suggestions as being the most popular."


Wineries may enter their inventory into Hello Vino for free. Designed to support wineries of all sizes, the specifications to enter individual SKUs are available to brand managers on the Hello Vino website.
