They both arrived very good condition, mine is already jailbroken. :) I am so gld that I took advantage of this deal.

I have received both phones excellent condition. One of the two is jailbroken at this time and it has been restarted so no tethered jailbreak is required. How do you know what bootrom you are on?

I'm sure the refurbs have the old bootrom not te new 359.2 one. I'll pick one ip and let you know

On Black Friday I saw this offer. iphone 3GS 16GB refurbished was selling for $49 with 2 year contract at AT&T web site. On Saturday morning it is $149.

3gs is for 149 not 49, 3g is for 49.

Well, since its refurbished iphones, they might have old bootloader, so will be no need for tethered jailbreak.

I will find out in a few days since I upgraded both phones on my plan my 1st gen iPhone and the wife's phone. Will post up some updates.
