Actual full screen and flushed in camera... without flash? At 108MP? Fat chance of any of these happening. Nothing new presented in here, plus the switch is never going to look like this and the design at this point is never going back to flat edges which I find that a good thing despite making the iPhone be able to stand up on its own before, but in all seriousness, maybe the USB-C is the only good thing mentioned in this idea, but that's the only possibility I see of all the stuff mentioned which the rest I can do without since it's impossible for it to happen or we don't really need it.
