I want it turned off by default. And maybe hosted on a remote quarantined cloud server in case it has viruses and spyware. Just assume every app is virus or back door. Side-loaded App Store is a virus. That just wants your money and information. Here is a rule: every App Store Must itself be an iOS app in which foreign apps are stored in its own self contained operating system virtual machine and in case of virus self deletes.
