Jumsoft Money 3.5 Released

Jumsoft, developer of high-quality applications for Mac OS X, stays in tune with cutting-edge technologies. This week, the company launched a free version of its most popular product, Money, adapted for Apple's iPad. In addition, Jumsoft released Money 3.5. The new version of the acclaimed financial management and budgeting tool includes a number of improvements, most importantly, synchronization with Jumsoft Money for iPad.

"As soon as Apple officially announced the upcoming release of iPad, we started receiving inquiries from customers," said Algirdas Unguvaitis, general manager of Jumsoft. "It was only natural to respond to their needs by launching the iPad version of Money. The new product is very similar to Jumsoft Money for iPhone and also free of charge."

Jumsoft Money for iPad has most of the features that helped the desktop Money achieve its current popularity. Users are able to create different types of accounts for cash, bank accounts, credit cards, and investments and to keep track of all transactions. The Budget Monitor helps users follow a preplanned budget, while the Bills section reminds users of amounts due to be paid. Its report capability allows for analysis of past income and spending and helps users pinpoint areas for improvement. Users can also synchronize the financial data in Money 3.5 on their Mac computers with Money 1.0 for iPad. All the features are wrapped in Money's trademark stylish design and easy-to-use interface.


The updated Money 3.5 features iPad and iPhone sync via Wi-Fi, allowing users to manage their finances at their desks or on the go with equal ease. Other highlights include newly added Russian and Japanese localizations as well as improved Snow Leopard compatibility, import procedures, reports, and item sorting. In addition, minor bugs have been fixed to make the application experience as smooth as possible.

Jumsoft Money for iPad can be downloaded from iTunes App Store. After the program is downloaded, it will be automatically installed on user's iPad. The Money 3.5 upgrade is free for Money 3.4 users and $39 for new customers.

Money 3.5 is only $39 (USD), and version 2.0 users can upgrade for only $19. An upgrade from version 3.4 is free. Jumsoft Money 1.0 for iPhone is free of charge.
