Rogers Announces Crappy iPad Data Plans for Canada

Rogers data plans for Canadian customers have been announced via the Apple Store Canada.

As usual the company has done their best to gouge customers. There is no unlimited plan being offered. The largest plan is 5gb for $35/month. That's $5 dollars more for 1gb less than the iPhone data plan.

You can add the iPad to your existing data plan for $20 dollars a month; however, be careful you don't go over your data cap.

Bell and Telus have not yet announced plans for the iPad; though, the major wireless providers don't differ much in pricing.

Other international carriers are starting to reveal their pricing as well. Orange UK has announced a pay for what you use plan for the iPad that has a cap of £40 per month.
