Apple Officially Releases iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 [Download]

Apple has officially released iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3 to the public today. The update carries the build number 23D127.



While Apple's release notes for this update are sparse, citing only "important bug fixes and security updates," the beta cycle revealed at least one significant addition. The software introduces a native 'Transfer to Android' utility within Settings. This feature is designed to help users migrate data such as photos, contacts, and calendars to non-Apple devices, a change largely driven by requirements under the European Union's Digital Markets Act.


Additionally, the update enables Notification Forwarding for wearables in the EU, improving the experience for users who pair third-party smartwatches with their iPhone.

This release follows iOS 26.2.1, which was deployed late last month to support the second-generation AirTag.
