Can I download FaceTime on my iPhone 4s?

I am using an iPhone 4s and I do not see a FaceTime app. Is it possible to download it from the App Store or is it built into the system?

FaceTime is built into the iOS operating system on the iPhone 4s, so you do not need to download it as a separate app from the App Store. To use it, go to Settings and select FaceTime to ensure the feature is toggled on. Once enabled, you can start a FaceTime call by opening the Contacts or Phone app, selecting a person, and tapping the FaceTime button. On later versions of iOS, you may also see a dedicated FaceTime icon on your home screen.
