I jailbroke my iPhone 4S on iOS 6.1.3 using p0sixspwn. After installing a slider tweak, the device resprung and the Cydia icon disappeared. WinterBoard still shows up in the Settings app, but I cannot find Cydia. How can I get the Cydia icon back?

I resolved this issue by using WinSCP to manually reinstall Cydia. Since I had SSH installed, I was able to access the file system and navigate to /private/var/root/Media. I created a folder named Cydia and a subfolder named AutoInstall. I then placed the Cydia deb file (cydia_1.1.8_iphoneos-arm.deb) into that folder. To ensure it installed correctly, I copied the file, performed a full power off of the device, exited WinSCP, and then turned the phone back on. Cydia reappeared on the home screen and initialized correctly.
