I jailbroke my iPhone 4S on iOS 5.1.1 (9B206) using the Absinthe tool but accidentally deleted Cydia. Is it possible to reinstall Cydia without restoring the whole device?

To reinstall Cydia on iOS 5.1.1, you can usually re-run the Absinthe jailbreak tool on your computer while your iPhone is connected. The tool should detect the device and allow you to re-inject Cydia without losing your data. If you have access to a terminal or SSH on the device, you could also manually install the Cydia debian package. If those methods do not work, your best option is to back up your data, restore your firmware via iTunes, and then run the jailbreak process again from scratch.
