A jailbreak is available for all versions of iOS 6 supported by the iPhone 4s. If your device is running iOS 6.0 through 6.1.2, you can use the Evasi0n jailbreak tool. If you are running iOS 6.1.3, which was the final version of iOS 6 released for the iPhone 4s, you should use the p0sixspwn tool. Both of these utilities provide an untethered jailbreak, which means the device will stay jailbroken even after being powered off.
