I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 6 and now I have no service. My baseband is 04.12.02. I tried using ultrasn0w and ultrasn0w fixer, but they did not work. Is there a way to get my cellular service back?

The iPhone 4 baseband 04.12.02 cannot be unlocked using ultrasn0w. That software tool only supports the very early 01.59.00 baseband on the iPhone 4. When you updated to iOS 6, your modem firmware was updated to a version that is not compatible with software-based jailbreak unlocks. To restore service, you should contact your original carrier to request an official IMEI unlock. If you are not eligible for a carrier unlock, you may need to use a third-party IMEI unlocking service or a hardware SIM interposer like a Gevey SIM, though an official unlock is the most reliable method.
