I have my SHSH blobs saved and ready but I have not found a way to downgrade to iOS 5.1.1 from my current version 6.0 on an iPhone 4S. Please help me find a way to downgrade.

To downgrade an iPhone 4S from iOS 6 to iOS 5.1.1, you must have your SHSH blobs saved for the specific firmware version you wish to install. You can use the RedSn0w utility to perform this restore. 1. Download the latest version of RedSn0w and the iOS 5.1.1 IPSW file for the iPhone 4S. 2. Open RedSn0w and navigate to Extras, then Even More, and click Restore. 3. Click IPSW and select the iOS 5.1.1 firmware file you downloaded. 4. RedSn0w will prompt you for your blobs. Click Local if they are saved on your computer or Remote if they are on the Cydia server. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to put your device into DFU mode if prompted and wait for the restoration process to complete. Note that this process is only possible if you have those specific SHSH blobs for your unique device.

First run RedSn0w as an administrator, then navigate to Extras, Even More, and select Restore. Follow the on-screen steps and you should be able to complete the downgrade.
