You can jailbreak iOS 8.2 on the iPhone 6 using the TaiG jailbreak tool. Although a jailbreak was not available immediately upon the release of iOS 8.2, the TaiG team eventually released version 2.0 which supports iOS 8.1.3 through iOS 8.4. Regarding downgrading, it is generally not possible to move to an older version of iOS because Apple has stopped signing the firmware for those versions. You can find specific, step-by-step tutorials for your device and firmware by visiting the iClarified Jailbreak Wizard at this URL: www.iclarified.com/jailbreak/
