My Apple Watch doesn't seem to last as long as it used to. Is there a way to check the current maximum capacity or battery health percentage in the settings?

You can check the battery health and maximum capacity of your Apple Watch directly on the device. This feature is available on Apple Watch Series 3 or later running watchOS 7 or newer.
Follow these steps:
1. Press the Digital Crown to see all your apps and open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap on Battery.
3. Tap on Battery Health.
4. You will see the Maximum Capacity percentage, which measures your battery capacity relative to when it was new.
On this same screen, you can also see if your battery is supporting normal peak performance. If your capacity is significantly degraded (usually below 80 percent), you may see a message recommending service. You can also toggle Optimized Battery Charging from this menu to help reduce battery aging by learning your daily charging routine.
