Safari 26.5 for macOS Sequoia

I am on Safari 26.5 for macOS Sequoia 15.7.7 and downloads say cannot move file to remove .download in the file name when download is completed steps are open a site just download file like zip or dmg i expected to download correctly but instead cannot move file
