Why won't iClarified app download over Wi-Fi on the current macOS?

I have been trying for a while to download the I clarified app from the Mac App Store over Wi-Fi with no VPN and it keeps on saying that it won't download, Please try again. Is there something going on with the developers for iclarified or what?

It could be a temporary App Store issue rather than a problem with the iClarified developers. I'd try signing out and back into the App Store, restarting your Mac, or checking if the app is still available in your region. Hopefully it gets resolved soon! final-gradecalculator.com
