My iPhone 3G frequently disconnects from Wi-Fi and prompts for the password again after a few minutes of use, interrupting my internet connection.

To resolve Wi-Fi and 3G connection issues on an iPhone 3G, first try resetting your network settings. Go to Settings, General, Reset, and select Reset Network Settings. This will clear saved Wi-Fi passwords and cellular configurations without deleting your data. If the issue persists, ensure your router is using a compatible security protocol like WPA/WPA2 Personal and that your firmware is up to date. For cellular data issues, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off or contact your carrier to ensure your 3G settings are correctly configured for your device.
