I am looking for the correct firmware to jailbreak my iPhone 4. Under my settings, the version is listed as 3.0.04, but I do not see a matching firmware option on the jailbreak page. Is jailbreaking available for this specific version?

The version number you are seeing (3.0.04) is actually the Modem Firmware, also known as the baseband, rather than the iOS software version. The iPhone 4 originally shipped with iOS 4.0 and cannot run any version of iOS 3. To find your actual software version, go to Settings, then General, then About, and look for the field labeled Version. Once you have identified the correct iOS version, you can find the appropriate firmware files and jailbreak instructions on the iClarified download and tutorial pages.

It appears you are looking at the Modem Firmware (baseband) instead of the iOS software version. The iPhone 4 was released with iOS 4.0 as its base operating system. Please check the Version field in your settings to find the correct firmware for your jailbreak utility.
