I am trying to unlock an iPhone 3GS that has the 06.15.00 iPad baseband. I have tried upgrading to iOS 6.1 and downgrading to iOS 4.1, but after installing ultrasn0w from Cydia, the phone still shows No Service. What is the proper procedure to successfully jailbreak and unlock this device on these firmware versions?
