15-Inch M5 MacBook Air Drops to New All-Time Low at $1,099.99 [Deal]

The 15-inch MacBook Air with Apple's M5 chip has dropped to a new all-time low on Amazon. Multiple colors of the configuration with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD are now available for $1,099.99, taking $199 off the usual retail price.



Introduced earlier this year, the refreshed MacBook Air lineup starts with 512GB of storage across all configurations. The M5 chip features a 10-core CPU along with upgraded graphics and a faster Neural Engine for Apple Intelligence features and machine learning tasks.


The overall design remains unchanged from the previous generation, but Apple upgraded wireless connectivity with support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 using its custom N1 wireless chip. The laptop still includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and MagSafe charging. It can also support up to two external displays with the lid closed.

The notebook features a 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display with up to 500 nits of brightness. Other features include a 12MP Center Stage camera with Desk View, a three-microphone array, and a six-speaker sound system with Dolby Atmos support. Apple rates battery life at up to 18 hours of video streaming.
