we shouldnt complaint after all he is trying hard after pancrea failure or was it brain faliure? come on ppl its just $300 for phone and little bity expense like $80 a month hardly around $300 with contract what else u want diamond ring??????? its so cheap we should all just write a check of 3k to steve jobs lol

I haven't had any problems with the new iPhone but i must say that if people are reporting these incidents then apple should address them not by telling people how to hold it but by fixing it. Apple brags about having good customer service well I looks like that believe is about to be tested. Though i don't think problem is with every phone but regardless how small there is still a problem. In the mean time I'll keep enjoying my phone
