its braille you idiot! and yes she is a little slow. I dont see the point of him having an iphone 4 when he can use a 3gs, i suppose iOS4 in a 3gs will have the same function.

Facetime is the answer. Maybe he got the i4 to let other people see him when he cannot. Or use it as an instrument to show others where he is and help him. Just thinking of it as a tool to make his life easier.
