Apple may be readying a new 11.6-inch MacBook Air and a 3MP iPod touch capable of photo and video recording, according to a DigiTimes report.
The new slimmer and lighter MacBook is said to feature an Intel Core i-series ultra-low voltage processor and be released in the second have of 2010. Shipment volumes are estimated at 400,000 units for the remainder of the year.
The new iPod touch is said to use Apple's latest A4 processor which is also found in the iPhone 4. Shipments are expected to reach 17-18 million for the remainder of the year.
Both devices will be manufactured by Quanta Computer, according to Mingchi Kuo, senior analyst at Digitimes Research.
