An executive from Foxconn has denied a recent rumor that Apple is paying Foxconn a 2% subsidy on its labor costs, according to DigiTimes.
The subsidy was supposedly paid by Apple as compensation for the company's recent wage increases.
According to a Chinese-language National Business Daily the executive said the rumor is purely speculation and Foxconn has never received any subsidies from Apple.
