The latest iPhone 2.0 Beta released to developers has YouTube support within Safari, according to the BoyGeniusReport.
Videos embedded in websites now present a link, when pressed the link is opened with the dedicated YouTube application. After viewing the clip users are quickly returned to the page they were viewing.
