Mac OSX is, as expected, arriving October 26, 2007. Apple has posted a countdown on their homepage and added Leopard to the Apple Store.
The Apple Store writes: ----- Add a new Mac to your Mac. Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard is packed with over 300 new features, installs easily, and works with the software and accessories you already have.
Choose a single-user license for home or office. Or if you have more than one Mac at home, choose the five-user Family Pack. -----
The single user license costs $129.00 and the family pack license costs $199.00
What’s in the Box • DVD containing Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard • Printed and electronic documentation
Minimum System Requirements • Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor • 512MB of physical RAM • DVD drive for installation
The OS is said to be delivered on October 26.
