Microsoft Internet Explorer has blocked navigation to JailbreakMe.com warning that it is an unsafe site, according to a tweet by @comex.
Reported Unsafe Website: Navigation Blocked This website has been reported as unsafe: http://www.jailbreakme.com
We recommend that you do not continue to this website. This website has been reported to Microsoft for containing threats to your computer that might reveal personal or financial information.
This of course has no effect on jailbreaking your device with MobileSafari but is noteable nonetheless.
You can find instructions on how to jailbreak your iPhone, iPod, or iPad here.

Umm.... Who still uses Internet Explorer? I thought everyone, including some Microsoft employees I know, uses Firefox now because of its major security advantages and infinitely more features over IE? And why doesn't Microsoft try spending some time attempting to fix its virus epidemic instead of blocking useful sites that aren't security threats and aren't even designed for a computer?
I think when Microsoft gets anything remotely akin to the iPhone then they should jump into this sort of discussion, otherwise there are whole lot of other security threats they should concern themselves with, as of this writing I don't think there is an Internet Explorer even on the windows side for the iPhone, it's still Safari so why should they even jump into this discussion at all? I appears that this is just another attempt at trying to remain relevant, but I could be wrong, what's your take?
I believe it blocks it because it is something that is downloadable and it is not signed as a safe program or has no signature, therefore comex should get the website signed with some sort of security.
