I myself had no problems with the application so far, I only dislike the looks :)

That plist gives an error 404 (at least at the moment).
Maybe they've taken it offline because of some last-minute bugs?

Make sure you write Intelli in the sources with a capital "I"is not an L. It worked for me. You can check the source here http://iappcat.com/repositories?search=intelliborn
