I ordered a Reception Case from them on July 15th and they emailed me that it was shipped on July 20th. Of course, I was charged for it. The case never arrived and I have tried calling them many times, only to get into an endless loop on their voicemail...never a person! I've written 6 emails to them regarding this order and heard back from them only once stating that they were putting more people on to handle their overwhelming orders. This was after I received the USPS shipping notification number that stated it was shipped. Still NO CASE, NO EMAIL, NO RESPONSE! DO NOT ORDER FROM IVYSKIN if you want to actually receive the product!
Extremely similar experience. Preoredered the case. Emailed support 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive and was told shipping would be covered. 2 weeks later I got the case and they won't return my emails. horrible HORRIBLD company to work with. I will not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT purchase from IvySkin.
