Apple has launched a new Express Lane support service that lets you quickly find the recommended support solutions and contact options for your device.
You can locate your device by selecting from an Apple list of products or by signing in and selecting from a list of registered devices. You can also enter a case id to view its details.
Once you describe your issue, Apple will suggest helpful technical support documents and outline the options you have for telephone support.
