Michael Arrington just announced that AOL has acquired the popular technology blog, TechCrunch.
AOL CEO Tim Armstrong joined Arrington on stage at TechCrunch Disrupt to sign the agreement in front of the crowd.
According to BusinessInsider, Arrington says he will stay on with TechCrunch: "I have a funny idea I'll be with AOL for three years, based on a variety of incentives."
The terms of the deal have not be disclosed but you can read the press release here.
