FullScreen for Safari Updated With iOS 4.2.1 Support

FullScreen for Safari, a tweak that gives a full screen mode to Mobile Safari and adds gesture support, has been updated to support iOS 4.2.1

● fixed crash issue when closing tab on 4.2.x
● other minor fixes for 4.2.x
● Add Bookmark icon disabled when not possible
● Close Tab disabled when only one empty document is open
● optional black background for the popup
