Why bothering to get something which is even not half a MAC and needs modifications ? MAC works out of the box perfect. I even wouldnt consider to buy the machine above.

Well there is some good non-apple systems that can run OSX very well but they are mainly desktop systems. It all comes down to graphics and power management (CPU fan / system fan and shutdown / sleep) in my opinion. Many notebooks will work with OSX without both of the above and they are just not worth playing wih.

Well if I remember right the GMA1350 will not work with QE/CI so nothing he can do there. So this system is dead in the water for OSX with no graphics hardware acceleration .
Should be the first thing you check before every thing else... Right??

You're right, using a hackintosh without QE/CI is pretty annoying
Meklort is working on some GMA 3150 kext.
Hopefully we'll get QE/CI working soon
Till then I'll keep using Ubuntu :P

Not a big deal, you'll need a usb stick:
Download Ubuntu iso
Download unetbootin
Select your stick, and locate your iso image.
Once done, restart your netbook and hit ESC key until you see a boot device list, select your stick and install it.
You'll need some "hacking" to get two finger scrolling on touchpad
If you need some help just let me know ;)
