Apple Celebrates Chinese New Year With Special Shopping Event

Apple Stores in China are celebrating New Years with a special events and a one-day shopping event, according to ifoAppleStore.

The events include greeting card creation workshops, youth workshops, family video creation sessions and One to One training sessions. The on-line Apple store highlights third-party products, but there is no special pricing. The in-store celebration starts with a special shopping event this Friday, and events are on various dates from January 26th to February 13th. Last year the Sanlitun (Beijing) store was the only Apple store in China. Since then, a second store has opened in Beijing and two in Shanghai.
