iPad 3 Will Feature a 3D Display?

Apple's third generation tablet is reportedly already in the advanced planning stages and will feature a 3D display, according to RCR Wireless.

"The fact that the iPad 3 is 3D is a dead cert," one Hollywood insider close to the big movie studios told RCR, adding that the screen would be the real magic. She went on to say that the big film studios were currently running around like blue arsed flies trying to gear up to release plenty of 3D content in time for Apple’s next launch.

The site is also reporting that Foxconn has also "spilled the 3D iPad beans" to several of their close industry sources.

i thought of buying the 1st generation iPad and thought of waiting for the 2nd if there are major improvements, as there are no major improvements apart from the speed, i am surely going to buy the 3rd generation iPad for sure. As i have used my 1st, 2nd, 3rd & now havign the 4th generation iPhones. Iphone 5 will not have major improvements when compared to the iPhone 4 so those who want to catch hold wait for the iPhone 6 which will have major improvements in terms of design and specs. i got the information from my brother who works in apple california.

The best is if you wait until iPhone 8 or iPhone 10 comes out it would be even better but the thing is that you need to use a crap phone until iPhone 10 comes out lol People who wait to buy next gen of something usually don't buy because that is excuse for tight ass

Dude, i have used all the generation iPhones till date and am using the latest iPhone 4 32 gigs, see the article what i wrote, i wrote i will be waiting for an updated iPad 3, coz if it is an iPad or iPad 2 which has the same features as iPhone 4 so i dont have to repeat in bying which is only having a bigger screen as i am having an iPhone 4.

3D on a iPad/iPhone? Complete useless except for the few that only use it to watch movies. And if that's all they do then there a much cheaper tablets/phones to do that which also have the benefit to play nearly everything.

It's great for games too. And personally I'd just love to have the icons on my home screen floating in front of the wallpaper. True there's no real use, but it would just add o the loveliness.

I´ve got the iPad 2 as my first iPad, and I´m already impressed, and it has totally replaced my MBP for everyday surfing etc. I´ll probably buy the next iPad also in 2012, and give away my iPad 2 to family.
