A new lawsuit alleges that AT&T is overcharging iPhone and iPad customers on almost every single data transaction.
After hearing a lot of complaints, lawyers say they spent $80,000 testing several devices using different carriers over a period of months, including four iPhones and iPads. They say they found that AT&T systematically overstated the amount of data use on virtually every transaction. That can add up to overcharges for millions of consumers.
Attorney Barry Davis likens this situation to a rigged gas pump. An independent computer firm was hired to precisely measure data use. They found AT&T was systematically overcharging for data by 7% to 14% for every single transaction.
I agree att is way off of the data plan..they charged me $30 xtra last month all I used is Pandora .probably not even 6 hrs for the whole month..
Be honest I dont like 2 gig of data ...but they got me they have what I like "iphone 4"
