Apple has made Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview 4 available to developers for download. It has also posted a Xcode 4.1 Developer Preview 6 to go along with the new version of Lion.
The preview is downloaded from the Mac App Store using a Redemption code that can be obtained from the Mac Dev Center here.
