JailbreakMe.com is now showing a 'We'll be back soon.' sticky note suggesting that the site may be undergoing updates before the release of the iPad 2 jailbreak.
Apple typically posts the exact same sticky note when it takes down the Apple Store ahead of new releases.
Earlier today a leaked conversation between Comex and MultiMediaWill indicated that the jailbreak was coming today.

Oh and by the way guys if you just bought your ipad2 and its on the current firmware 4.3.3 then you wont be able to use this jailbreak. Its only for the original firmware that the ipad2 shipped with when it first came out 4.3. If your on anything higher then 4.3 and you dont have your SHSH blobs backed up then your screwed. Sorry.

This is why I didn't update mine in a case where first iPad 2 Jailbreak may not support it. I had been very patient and waited for so long and finally!

Ya definitely bro but if/when you do don't sound eager or anxious about it. Just sound confused about why shipping and handling takes so long (2 weeks and then it ships + another 1 1/2 weeks) which is bulshit anyway but that's just something to go off of, plus you ain't got shit to lose just ask if they have something like that but for iPads 'hint hint' "if there's something like a wireless keyboard, but for iPads". good luck :)

back to the basics i guess eh? awesome:D my wife just got her new ipad 2 wifi I bought her from apple in the mail, hopefully the new jailbreak is that simple so she can use it
P.S. if your planning on buying an ipad 2 order from the online store, call in a week later and ask why the shipping takes so long 'like your confused' and you may be offered a free accessory, ask if they have 'like a wireless keyboard that works for ipad'. thats how I got a free ipad keyboard:D just a thought
