Apple Prepares to Open Its Largest Store in China

Apple is preparing to open its largest Apple Store in Shanghai, China, reports M.I.C. Gadget.

The new five-story flagship store is located in the Henderson building on East Nanjing road (Shanghai's most popular shopping district). It was originally due to open late August, but due to some building related issues as well as some heating/cooling and ventilation problems, the opening was postponed.


The lower two floors are said to be used for sales. The ground floor will be used for product launches and the second floor will house the Genius Bar and customer training. The three top levels will reportedly be used for administrative offices and will feature a briefing room for Apple's important business clients.

The location is expected to be just a few weeks away from opening.
