If were gonna use your logic, then nobody should sell/make Jesus' figurines/portraits.. how about the Virgin Mary's? Nobody should make money sellin' rosaries/portraits of dead people- is that what you people are saying? get real.

I think the Steve silhouette as the 'apple bite' is a very cool image because it's subtle. Having that instead of the standard apple logo would be cool, but the 'Steve Jobs' and all the rest is just overkill and a bit morbid if you ask me to have written on the back of your phone.
