Apple today announced that iPhone 4S will be available in Hong Kong, South Korea and 13 additional countries on Friday, November 11. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 4S beginning on Friday, November 4.
The full list of new countries the iPhone 4S will be available in is: Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania and South Korea.
The iPhone 4S is available today in 29 countries around the world and will be available in more than 70 countries by the end of the year.

15 more countries is of no use as Apple can not even deliver to the existing countries enough nor on time.

Portugal and Greece, they do need to spend their money in iphones...
