Conrad Kramer has found a way to enable a secret panoramic camera mode in iOS 5.
So, I found out how to enable Panorama is the iOS Camera app. Set the key 'EnableFirebreak' to YES in com.apple.mobileslideshow.plist
Chpwn has submitted a tweak called 'Firebreak' to Cydia which will enable this functionality for all.
(Just submitted "Firebreak" to Cydia to enable that panorama mode @conradev discovered for everyone, should be out tomorrow.)
