Apple is Ready to Launch the iPad 3 in February?

Citi analyst Richard Gardner says Apple is ready to launch its next generation iPad in February, according to Business Insider.

Gardner's sources say the device will feature a screen with double the resolution of the current model.


Gardner says, "there do not appear to be any significant technical hurdles remaining" to prevent a launch of a high-resolution iPad, despite rumors to the contrary.

Apple is expected to sell 12-13 million iPads this quarter.
