That looks like an oversized touchpad.
Perhaps the rumored Dock icons will go in there (touch/screen/pad).

This looks like the MacBook anyways! Besides, if this person has the case in their home (thats what it appears to me), then why would he/she take such crap pictures and not detail the changes? Give us the release date instead
