LowerPowerBanner is a simple tweak that will replace your low battery alerts with notifications banners.
A banner is usually preferred to an alert since it won't interrupt your use of the phone and disappears on its own.
LowPowerBanner alerts you at 20% and 10% battery marks. It can be downloaded free from the BigBoss Cydia repository.
