AnyVoice is a new tweak from rud0lf77 that lets you set which accent Siri will speak with.
Change the Accent/Voice of Siri! The Voice can be changed in the Settings app, when using AnyVoice for the first time the voice will be set to "Standard"
You can get AnyVoice free from the ModMyi Cydia Repository.

I tried it out, it works. But I'm disappointed that the UK English voice is that of a man. :)
