ChronicWire has posted mobileconfig files that let you access hidden iOS debug settings for Bluetooth, Messages, and FaceTime.

You can install the mobileconfig files by clicking on of these links from your iDevice:
● Bluetooth
● Messages
● FaceTime

When I installed the profiles Safari crashes. If someone faces the Safari crashing issue, don't panic, just uninstall the profiles.
